E.L.F 32 color palette: intitals thoughts

I was shook today when i was in mey local target and finally they has E.L.F products i never tried them before but what could I really lose, 32 shandows for five bucks!!!! So i scooped this baby up!!!!! Now some of the shadows were decent, some of them were horrible (I can't lie ladies I couldn't the purple to show up at all) these shadows definately need a base! Overall its ok for five bucks, perfect for teens and stocking stuffers this holiday season! I'm play this and update yall on the weariblity of these shadows!

LOTD Medusa!

Hey ladies! I know it been a while but motherhood has been kicking my butt! I hope to be able to post at least twice a week! I really have learning so much and branching out in to other brands. One of my personal faves now is NYX! I also have be try to get more into lipsticks like bold reds, deep purples and hot pinks! So my most recent NYX purchase was very exciting and new to me! Its a color you may have heard of already NYX lipstick in "Medusa". Medusa is a deep beautiful rich purple lippie that is perfect for fall. I paired it with NYX "african queen" lipgloss and "deep purple" liner! I also used MAC's dirty plum blush on my cheeks! With such a bold lip i really wanted to keep the eyes soft and neutral!

Revlon Photoready!!!!

Revlon is really trying to keep up with the make up big dogs by releasing their version of a HD foundation this Feb/Mar 2010 called PhotoReady. It is currently available in some store as a "trial" (revlon often does this with new products) and i went to my local CVS and scoop this one up!!! It claims to give "Perfected airbrushed skin in any light" It is also oil and fragrance free. There was only 10 colors (I know not much a selection) so i pick it up in cappuccino 011 ( the next shade down was rich ginger 09 there is no 010 at the moment). I noticed it was lighter then the Revlon colorstay in cappuccino, more similar to SFF in NW 45

The consistency was also less runny then colorstay abd way easier to blend. The finish is a dewy "sheen" that can easily be altered with a powder. It also has a pump, which was one of my major gripes with colorstay! It the standard 1oz/30ml of product and has spf of 20. My collection has out grew my 5 year old traincase so it was time to upgrade, when to my local discount store and picked this up:




i think it was about 15 bucks!!!!



in the top small drawer are my foundation, concealer, primers and etc.




in the second drawer is my powders, blushes and lip products



the last drawer is my eye things such as liners, shadows and such!!!!

how i wake-up!!!!! i washed, toned and mositurized my face





i do my eyes first, Used: CS neutral palette, milani brow kit, milani easybrow pencil, body shop concealer pencil, maybelline great last, Loreal hip cream liner




i primed my face with monistat chaffing gel and boots no 7 mattifying primer, then foudation(studio sculptin NW 45 mixed with equal parts moisturizer)applied with MAC 187 brush followed by concealer-Select cover in Nw 45, set with MSF in deep dark




blush added~~~ MAC mineralized blush in lovejoy with MAC format blush

lavender whip!!!!!!

Why oh why didn't i get lavender whip ( Cream Sheen, 02/09) now its sold out everywhere!!!!!! The MA tried to show it to me when i went and got the studio sculpt but i took one look at it and brushed it off!!!! But now everyone has been rocking it looking fab!!!! Oh well!!!!!! I hope MAC will release it again.

hey!!!!!! I just wanted to share what I got from the Hello Kitty Collection, it is too much!!!! I wasn't even going to get anything from this collection but I changed my mind so here it is
